DC Live! Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, Part 9 Livestream
I promised last week that my Final Fantasy IV: The After Years livestream would return to its regular hours of 8PM ET. Turns out I was wrong. Wrestlemania 40 is in Philadelphia this weekend, and naturally I wanted to catch both nights. I couldn’t afford tickets to the big event, so watching it with friends is the next best course of action.
Saturday night was fine, and I had a blast watching most of the match ups. Some matches were a bit dull. The women’s and men’s main events for the night were extremely enjoyable. I’m looking forward to catching the second night, which starts about an hour before I’d normally start streaming. It was either start the livestream in the early afternoon or cancel the livestream. Obviously, I chose the former as you’re reading this right now.
I’m nearly 150 words into this piece and I haven’t mentioned anything else about The After Years. I’m nearly done with Edge’s chapter and I should be moving on to the next chapter. Playing as Zangetsu, Gekkou, Izayoi, and Tsukinowa was an okay experience. Mercifully, their stories were short, and no one died on my watch except for Izayoi. (I just reloaded Izayoi’s save file rather than let the story continue with her dead.) I’m expecting Edge’s run in with the mysterious space racist to go down as poorly as the event did in everyone else’s chapter.
