DC Live! Final Fantasy VIII, Part 7 Livestream
Last Sunday’s Final Fantasy VIII stream went well. I managed to shutdown a Galbadian missile base. It didn’t stop them from firing missiles at Balamb Garden, but it’s okay. The garden is actually a flying and seafaring vessel. In other words, the garden can just fly away which is how everyone should solve their missile crisis. Even better, it’s nice when those missiles wait for a civil war within the garden to positively resolve itself before striking. I swear this all makes sense within in game.
We also learned that Balamb Garden has a master in addition to a headmaster. We might have kicked the garden master’s ass into oblivion, but fortunately no one seems to care. More importantly, Squall’s story is starting to intersect with Laguna’s and that’s all I care about. Even more than learning that Cid and the sorceress, Edea are actually married.
Again, don’t worry about it. Let’s just enjoy the game.
