DC Live! Final Fantasy VI Livestream, Part 11
Last week was filled with interesting adventures in Final Fantasy VI. I got further along in the World of Ruin. My first task was to have Celes feed Cid fish, but he died before I could get him a proper meal. Fortunately, he revealed the location of a raft to escape the island before he passed. After that I managed to find Sabin, Edgar, and Setzer. During our adventures we managed to reactivate Castle Figaro and find another working airship. We have unfinished business with Kefka that will have to wait until we find the rest of the game’s playable cast.
A funny thing happened last week after I turned off the livestream. I had been using in-game saves and the suspend point feature of the SNES Classic. I went to create a new suspend point and ended up loading an old point instead. Three hours of progress made on the stream were erased. Fortunately, I was able to get back to where I left off throughout the week. Lesson learned—don’t mess around with suspend points on the SNES Classic.
