DC Live! 3D Dot Game Heroes, part 5 livestream– Cancelled!
Due to an unforeseen and ironic (today is April 1) emergency, this afternoon’s stream is cancelled. We’ll pick this up next Saturday. Until then save your KitKat redemptions.
With 7 rings 6 orbs in hand, the final dungeon is now open.
Who knows what dreadful things await inside… though I bet it’s an upgrade to the hookshot so I can go to unexploreable areas of the world map and find the for real final dungeon. or not? I suppose we have more sidequests to do any which way.
3D Dot Game Heroes is a fun homage and a bit parody to the original The Legend of Zelda, but there’s much more to the game. Its 3D aspects aren’t just to pretty things up, we’ll see a few tricks — visual and otherwise — along the way. The game also has a lot of replay value, so when we reach the end, I might show off some of that before moving on to the next streaming target.
Help me hunt down the sage, then go back to the secret developers room, find out who added this quest and then hang them out the window by their underwear on the blog’s Twitch channel at 3 p.m. Eastern.
