DC Live! Deception IV: Blood Ties, Part 4
Last week I was mildly sick, so I took a break from streaming Deception IV to recover. Hopefully all of you got to tune into Drew’s Monday night livestream. I wouldn’t say I’m completely recovered, but I can at least talk again at length without coughing fits. Let me tell you, in the midst of a pandemic getting any seasonal illness means your anxiety shoots through the roof. So what better way to relieve such anxiety than to trap the knights, assassins, and stragglers that dare enter our castle?
During my previous stream we had some trouble with stronger enemies and a particularly tough boss. We had a few game overs and whammies as a result. Thankfully more trap slots were unlocked so we can chain together longer combos.
On another note, I finally stopped being lazy and added new sound effects to the Twitch stream in addition to upgrading my icon with some animation. Big thanks to my friend Mithmëoi Art for the original icon, to Chutney Glaze for animating it, and to my buddy Phronemophobia to surprising me with the animated icon.
