DC Live! Monster Hunter World: Iceborne—Appreciation Fest Activities

MHWIB-Astral-Armor-01262020

Last week I successfully livestreamed Catherine: Full Body. Those of you who showed up to watch me on Twitch even voted on the actions Vincent took throughout the game. So you might be wondering why I’ve decided to stream more Monster Hunter World: Iceborne tonight. After taking a look at what people were doing on Twitter and in our Discord server, I realized people would be split between watching livestreams of Evo Japan 2020 and watching WWE’s Royal Rumble. With that kind of competition I doubt there would be much user participation on a Catherine stream.

I decided to tackle the problem of returning to regular weekly streaming and wanting to get some Appreciation Fest events done in Iceborne by making it the game I stream tonight. I will play in order to win vouchers to craft the new Astral armor set (this includes the layered armor), some of the new elder dragon Gamma layered armor, a variety of Guild Palace weapons, and silly weapons such as the Well-done Hammer (a giant chicken leg). I will even attempt the Safi’Jiiva raid event a few times.
